All engraving is completed in-house at our Fort Worth, TX workshop using our precision CO₂ laser. Every piece is engraved, inspected, and finished by hand before it leaves our shop.

Pricing varies based on artwork complexity, prep work, and size, but most custom designs fall in the range of:

• Free for standard text requests and most artwork or logos.
• For a custom logo or artwork, you can upload it on the product page and add it to your cart, or email it to us. We will send you a mockup for approval before completing engraving.
• Typically, no added lead time (depending on speed of approval), though high-volume periods may add 1–2 business days
• If your instructions are unclear, we’ll reach out before engraving

Yes. We handle all engraving in-house, so we can often accommodate logos, artwork, or other custom designs you own for an additional charge. Please upload it on the product page and add it to your cart, or email us with your idea and product details, and we’ll confirm feasibility and pricing before engraving.

Each product has a designated engraving location chosen for best visibility and balance. Refer to the engraving diagram on this page for exact placement and size options. Engravings can include up to 256 characters (including spaces and punctuation). Text and basic special characters are allowed - no emojis.

We’ve selected ten fonts that complement our wood and leather finishes. We chose each one for readability, style, and balance with the product’s design. You can view them on the individual product listing. Have a certain font in mind? Send us an email.

In most cases, engraving does not delay production or shipping. During high-demand periods, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for engraving. If your instructions are unclear, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Because each engraving is custom-made, engraved items are final sale unless we make an engraving error. If we did, we’ll replace or refund your order, no hassle.

Absolutely. You can select engraving for each eligible item in your cart and enter unique text for each one.

We currently engrave wood and leather items only. Cork engraving is being tested but not available yet; wool felt products are not engravable.
