Shipping policy

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $35.

Processing Time: Every piece is made in-house in Fort Worth, TX. Most orders, including those with free text engraving, ship within 1–3 business days. Custom sizes and logo or artwork engraving can take 5–7 business days, depending on mockup approval. During peak seasons, allow an extra 1–2 business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know right away.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

• Rates are calculated based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping:
We currently only ship within the United States of America using reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days once shipped.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
