Lifetime Warranty

Every Lonoke Designs product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as the original purchaser owns it.

What’s covered
Defects from how the piece was made, such as a failed glue joint, a split that isn’t caused by impact or moisture, stitching that comes loose, or a finish that fails under normal use. Normal use includes everyday spills on coasters and desk pads.

What we’ll do
We’ll repair or replace the item at no charge. If neither is possible, we’ll issue a refund.

What’s not covered

• Accidents, drops or impacts
• Misuse, alterations or intentional damage
• Soaking, standing water or prolonged moisture
• Harsh chemicals, such as solvents, nail polish remover or bleach-based cleaners
• Fading or discoloration from direct sunlight

Natural materials
Solid wood, leather, wool felt and cork are natural materials. Variations in grain and color, slight changes over time, and small surface irregularities are part of their character and aren’t defects.

How to make a claim
Email contact@lonokedesigns.com with your order number, or your name and approximate purchase date, plus a photo of the issue. We’ll take it from there.
