Warranty

All Lonoke Designs' products are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse
• Mechanical damage from accidents or impacts
• Chemical damage (e.g., harsh cleaning agents, nail polish, spilled liquids)
• Damage resulting from prolonged moisture exposure
• Discoloration or fading due to sunlight
• Intentional damage, alterations, or improper use

Please note: Solid wood, leather, wool felt and cork are natural materials and may display:

• Variations in grain and color
• Minor cracks or small irregularities from normal movement
• Slight bending if exposed to significant changes in temperature or humidity
• Natural color changes over time
• Surface irregularities from tanning and milling processes

These natural characteristics are not covered by the warranty.
