How long does production take? Will it arrive in time?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Simple engraving typically falls within the same window. Custom artwork or logo engraving may add a day or two for mockup approval. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what's realistic.

Can I add engraving to my gift?

Yes, any hardwood piece or leather good can be engraved. Simple text like a name, initials, or a short phrase doesn't add to production time. For custom artwork or logos, we'll follow up with a mockup before we cut. Reach out before you order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently, but it's something we're working on. Everything ships carefully packaged to arrive in great condition.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes, leave a note at checkout to let us know it's a gift and include your message. We will print out the message and omit any pricing information from the packing slip.

What if the gift isn't the right size or color?

Our standard return and exchange policy applies to all orders. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll work it out.

I'm not sure which size wrist rest to get. What if I pick the wrong one?

When in doubt, measure the width of the recipient's keyboard. That's the target. If you're still unsure, the gift card is always a safe fallback and lets them choose exactly what they need.

Where are these made?

Everything is handmade in our Fort Worth, Texas workshop. The leather comes from Italy, the hardwood from quality domestic and exotic species, and the craftsmanship is all ours.
